IMPORTANT: USPS is experiencing SHIPPING DELAYS, especially during the holidays. Transit times ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Please order early and let us know if your event is fewer than 10 days from your order date.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.

USPS Parcel Select Ground, takes 5-7 business days after dropped off at the post office. Please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout for faster delivery (2-4 business days). 

First Class Mail times have increased due to new USPS policies. It it now anywhere from 2 to 6 business days, depending how far you are from SE Louisiana. Please plan accordingly!!

These USPS shipping guidelines are not guaranteed, so we are not responsible if the order does not arrive in that time frame.

If your event is fewer than 10 days from your order date, please include your event date in the note to seller at checkout.

We are not responsible for any delays after we drop off your package at the post office. The USPS is experiencing delays and this is beyond our control. Per our shop policies, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item. Please see our Return Terms and FAQs for additional details.

We're a small business and greatly appreciate all of our customers. We do our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible and we're frustrated every time an order experiences a USPS shipping delay.
