Balloon size is 31" inches uninflated.

This balloon is self sealing and can be inflated with helium or air. (When inflated with air the balloon will not float.)

DO NOT over inflate balloon or it will pop.

If purchased without helium, this balloon doesn't include a ribbon or weight and the balloon will be sent flat and deflated.

Bring you balloon to your local party store or super market to have filled for a small fee.

If purchased helium, balloon will come inflated with coordinating ribbon a clear balloon clip unless balloon weights are added to order. Be sure to use code LOCALLOVE at check out to avoid shipping fees. You will be contacted after your order has been placed to schedule a pick-up time in Mandeville, LA. You may also add 1/2 dozen or full dozen bouquets to your foil order.
